Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used products.


At The Prism Lab, we take great care to ensure every order is carefully checked and packaged before leaving us. Once a product has been opened or used, we cannot resell it, which means we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases.


If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery using the contact form with your order number and a photo of the issue. Our team will review this and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.


To be eligible for a return due to damage or fault, the product must be:


• Unused

• In its original packaging

• Reported within 48 hours of delivery


We reserve the right to decline refunds or replacements if these conditions are not met.
